All return shipping costs, including the creation of a return shipping label, are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
